The Challenge.
Task.
DI is Denmark's largest business organisation, and its Head of AI sits in on every member webinar about AI. The audience is broad. We pitched it at a marketing lead in a small or mid-sized company who has tried AI and needs a project to make it part of the plan.
We ran the hour on 3 cases from our own client work. Each one came with the software we used, the steps in order and what it saved, so a member could set it up at home.
Recorded at DI in Copenhagen on 11 September 2025, presented by Jonas Sølberg, Director at DROBE.
The three cases.
1. A campaign film without a camera
We made a high-end campaign film in half a day from a topical idea, a short storyboard, photos and prompts. AI was in every step, from the idea to the final cut. A film like that usually costs 30,000 to 50,000 DKK. We showed the software we tried and how differently each one performed.
2. The Content Maximisation Protocol
One day of filming gives 40 videos and 3 to 4 podcast episodes, enough for months of posting. Before the shoot, AI helps build the interview questions from search data and the client's goals. The interviews are planned so they cut cleanly into shorts, and AI does much of the editing afterwards. It's the setup behind the Global Startup Awards case. DI picked it as the case most members could put to use.
3. Automated graphics for 400 jury members
Global Startup Awards onboards 300 to 400 jury members a year. Each one fills in a form and uploads a photo. The answers go into HubSpot, which writes the contract. Once it's signed, an AI agent puts their name, title and nationality into the graphic templates and crops the portrait so the eyes land in the right place.
What members took home.
Half a day for a campaign film
A film that would cost 30,000 to 50,000 DKK to shoot, made from photos and prompts with no camera and no crew.
80 to 90% less editing time
The Content Maximisation Protocol cuts the total working and editing time by 80 to 90%. The finished videos also come out better than they did before.
Over 90% less manual work
From the form to the finished graphic, the jury onboarding needs a tenth of the hands-on time it used to.
